Switzerland doesn't just offer breathtaking alpine beauty, such as the Jungfrau Region (Grindelwald) or the Matterhorn (Zermatt). In addition to traditional towns, pristine nature with many lakes, extensive greenery, and solid cuisine distinguish the land of cantons. Families are well provided for here, and are greeted with famous Swiss hospitality.
Bernese Oberland: Five peaks over 4,000 m and spectacular panorama views of the high, icy mountains – this scenery is hard to top! Here, between heaven and earth, icy glaciers, rolling hills, wide valleys and glassy lakes invite guests to limitless holiday fun. Numerous leisure activities and day trip destinations, such as the Jungfraujoch (saddle between Mönch and the Jungfrau) with Europe’s highest railway station or cities such as Interlaken and Grindelwald offer pure variety!
St. Gallen: "The metropolis of East Switzerland" has preserved its unmistakable charm until today. The district with towers of the baroque cathederal, as well as the monestary library with over 1000-year-old parchment scripts, is already a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage. Nature lovers will love the soft mountains, while bathers will get their money's worth at Lake Constance.
Wallis: Wallis offers a multifaceted landscape with a pleasant mixture of green mountains, blue lakes, idyllic villages and famous cities with cultural highlights. The “crown” is one of the country’s highest peaks, the Matterhorn.
